Membership in our organization will provide lifelong Bob Marley fans with the opportunity to commiserate with likeminded people, and receive access to a great deal of behind the scenes information about Bob’s unparalleled career. Additional benefits will include exclusive annual gifts, access to rare videos, Bob Marley features, and much more.

Q. How much will a Passport membership cost?
A. A Passport membership will cost $44.99 per year.

Q. Who can I contact if I have problems, questions or concerns?
A. You may send an email detailing your concerns to questions@website.bobmarley.com, and we will respond promptly. Please feel free to contact us about any matter of mutual concern, as we are always happy to assist dedicated Passport members.

Q. When should I receive my membership enrollment gifts?
A. Our membership gifts are typically sent within four to six weeks, and yours should be received in this timeframe.

Q. Can I access my subscription from any computer, anywhere at anytime?
A. Yes. You may login with your registered email address and password to access your subscription from any computer that meets the system’s requirements and has internet access.

Q. How do I change the billing information or credit card number that my subscription is billed to?
A. You may change your billing information or the credit card number on your account, please by visiting the “Personal Information” section of your membership profile. Please do not send this information via email.

Q. How can I purchase a Passport membership?
A. You may purchase a Passport membership online using your credit or debit card.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. All Bob Marley subscriptions are billed on a seasonal cycle. You can cancel your subscription by e-mailing us at questions@website.bobmarley.com.

Q. What is the bobmarley.com refund policy?
Our website will honor any refund request for a subscription that is made within 10 days of the original purchase.

Q. How can I change my password or the email address that is associated with my account?
